In their first PBS special, Max Raabe & Palast Orchester present highlights from their show “Heute Nacht oder nie,” recorded live at Berlin’s historic Admiralspalast, Europe’s largest and most famous Revue Theatre in the 20s. Founded in 1986 by charismatic baritone Max Raabe, the singer and the orchestra embody the high style and musical glory of the 20s and 30s with their repertoire of German and American standards.
