Art Live 2012 is an interactive, performance based, contemporary "art happening" and fair in which artists and exhibitors are invited to share the creative process unfolding spontaneously in every form of artistic medium and to the extent possible, engage the fairgoers in the creative process.

We like to say, don't just see art, be it! Performing artists and exhibitors alike to step outside the four walls of their galleries, institutions, residencies and studios to join us in an uplifting coming together of art and community for cause.

Gustavo Oviedo founder of 131 Projects, his motion graphics company is the designer of the Art Live 2012 logo and also one of the artists particpating in the event.  For Art Live 2012, Gustavo discusses his project which is a four-sided, interactive collage that invites the veiwers to participate in the art of collage making by entering the exhibition.

This is a playful investigation into, The most well-known version of the world-system approach developed by US sociologist, Immanuel Maurice Wallerstein.  World-systems theory... which simple put divides our one world into three groupings. from the bottom up;
