Filmed at a September 19 sold-out concert in a stunning outdoor venue in Salt Lake City, Utah, ThePianoGuys: Live from Red Butte Garden is the television concert premiere of a musical group on a meteoric rise. YouTube sensation ThePianoGuys, featuring Steven Sharp Nelson on cello and Jon Schmidt on piano, offer new songs and fan favorites — all showcasing the “wow factor” that sets their performances apart.Also on the program are ThePianoGuys’ versions of Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep,” One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful,” Dave Guetta’s “Without You,” Christina Perri’s “Thousand Years” and “Bring Him Home” from Les Misérables. Andrea Bocelli: Love in Portofino
With 16-time Grammy-winner David Foster as both music director and keyboard accompanist, Bocelli is joined by trumpeter Chris Botti. Under the stars, beside the shimmering harbor waters, and with a rapt audience that includes Paul Anka, Sir Michael Caine and Italian actress Ornella Muti, Bocelli performs some of the world’s most famous love songs, including “Bésame Mucho,” “Champagne,” “Love Me Tender” and in duet with the late, legendary Edith Piaf, “La Vie en Rose,” while his real-life love Veronica Berti looks on adoringly. Bocelli sings in six languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Neapolitan). The sensual sound is rounded out by Cuban, Brazilian and Portuguese rhythms. Love for Levon
Nearly 50 years after his booming first notes hit the airwaves and almost six months since his passing, Levon Helm’s legacy is being honored and celebrated as never before. On October 3, 2012, at the Izod Center in New Jersey, a star-studded once-in-a-lifetime benefit concert took place to celebrate Helm’s life and music, and to raise funds to support his lasting legacy, with net proceeds going to ensure that Levon’s home, barn and studio remain in the hands of his family. Included in the star-studded lineup are Roger Waters (of Pink Floyd), Gregg Allman, Mavis Staples, Joe Walsh and My Morning Jacket. Check listings for more airings.

Narrated by Joel Grey, the program explores the unique role of Jewish composers and lyricists in the creation of the modern American musical.  Featuring interviews and conversations with some of the greatest composers and writers of the Broadway stage,  Broadway Musicals: A Jewish Legacy showcases the work of some of the nation’s pre-eminent creators of musical theatre including Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, George and Ira Gershwin, Lorenz Hart, Richard Rodgers, Oscar Hammerstein II, Kurt Weill, Sheldon Harnick, Jerry Bock, Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim, Stephen Schwartz, Jule Styne and many others. Leonard Cohen performs "Democracy" in  LEONARD COHEN LIVE IN LONDON. In 2008, Leonard Cohen, the influential singer/songwriter whose career spans four decades, embarked on his first tour in 15 years. Fans and critics alike hailed the show as a once in a lifetime experience. Now, viewers have a front row seat when WPBT2 presents LEONARD COHEN LIVE IN LONDON, recorded live on July 17, 2008, at London's 02 Arena, one of Europe's largest indoor venues. **Be sure to watch for a special ticket opportunity during the broadcast.**

On July 5th, 1968, The Doors took to the stage of the Hollywood Bowl for a concert that has since passed into legend. The Doors were performing on the back of their 3rd album release Waiting For The Sun and the US No.1 single Hello, I Love You. They had been honing their live performances over the previous 2 years and were on absolute peak form. Now for the first time the original film footage from the Hollywood Bowl has been digitally scanned and restored to present the show better and more complete than it's ever been seen before, with 2 previously unreleased tracks (Hello, I Love You & THE WASP).

Paul Anka’s debut hit single "Diana" catapulted him immediately into the Hall of Fame in 1957 at the tender age of 16, making him the youngest millionaire in the history of music at that time. The hits that followed, including "Lonely Boy" and "Put Your Head On My Shoulder," made the Canadian singer with Lebanese roots the most successful entertainer since Elvis. These days, Paul Anka is known as the last great crooner, seasoned after years of singing in the big casinos of Las Vegas. In PAUL ANKA LIVE IN SWITZERLAND – THE AVO SESSION, Anka is joined on stage by his big band and performs swing-style renditions of hits such as "You Are My Destiny," "Diana," and "My Way."

MY MUSIC returns to the era of go-go dancers, mod mini-skirts and swinging pop-rock sounds in HULLABALOO - A '60s FLASHBACK. The top singers and groups of the hippest decade present their greatest hits, blending the British Invasion with Broadway and folk-rock with rhythm and blues. This first-ever retrospective of the 1965-66 NBC-TV primetime ]series includes appearances by The Rascals, Nancy Sinatra, The Four Seasons, Paul Revere & The Raiders, The Lovin' Spoonful and The Byrds. The PBS program will be hosted by original Hullabaloo guest artist Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits.
