Chef PepínThe Three Guys From Miami -- Raúl Musibay, Glenn Lindgren and Jorge Castillo -- are all brothers-in-law. Brought together by fate, they became fast friends who share a passion for good food, good conversation, and a great party.

"When we say 'Three Guys from Miami,' we mean that we are literally, Three Guys From Miami," Lindgren says. The Three Guys are on a mission: to preserve and promote Cuban culture!

Raúl Musibay is the heart and soul of iCuban.com. Born in Cayo La Rosa, in the province of Havana, Raúl brought his family to the United States in 1980. Except for one winter spent in New Jersey, Raúl has been a full-time Miami resident ever since. He reports, "Man, it was just too cold there!" Raúl and his wife Esther have two children. Raúl is known in Miami for his love of fishing, his great parties, and his mastery of the Cuban pig roast. When not roasting a pig or planning his next social gathering, Raúl is the manager of the Red Bird Amoco station in Miami.

No, he's not Cuban, he doesn't speak Spanish (at least not very well) and technically, he isn't even from Miami -- but he sure spends a lot of time here! Most of the year, you can find Glenn Lindgren in the frozen northland of Minnesota. He first came to Miami in 1984 and fell in love with the city. He says that the nice thing about Miami is that just about everyone is from somewhere else.

A freelance writer by profession, Glenn writes all the articles (with plenty of input from his brothers-in-law), for the Internet. Glenn and his wife Maureen live in Eagan, Minnesota with two daughters, Erin and Gabrielle and a son, Dennis. You can probably find him there right now dreaming about warm ocean breezes and hot Cuban sandwiches!

Jorge Castillo is a proud Marielito, one of the thousands of honest, hard-working Cubans who came to the United States in the Mariel Boatlift in 1980. Born and raised in Bauta, near Havana, Jorge left Miami to live in Iowa where he hoped to perfect his English and expose himself to American culture. A medical student in Havana, Jorge became a Respiratory Therapist while in Iowa and is a noted contributor to the field of neonatal respiratory care.

Over the years, the Three Guys have created one of the largest collections of Cuban recipes on the Internet. As they say, there are as many ways to cook Cuban food as there are Cubans in Havana.
