Where do I mail my donation?
Please mail your donation to South Florida PBS, 3401 S Congress Ave Boynton Beach, FL 33426. To donate by phone, just call us at 1-800-222-9728.
When will my thank you gift arrive?
Please allow four to six weeks for your item to arrive. Some items arrive sooner. If it has been longer than six weeks, please let us know by contacting us. Tickets are sent within 2 weeks of the event date.
I just sent you my renewal. Why am I still getting notices?
To be as cost-efficient as possible, we print and send our notices in bulk and so what you receive in your mailbox has been on its way to your home for up to a month. If your renewal and our notice have crossed in the mail, please disregard the notice and accept our apologies.
My program guide didn't arrive. What should I do?
There are a few reasons why your program guide may not have arrived. It might have been lost in the mail, we may not have your correct address, or your membership may have expired if you waited to renew just before your expiration date. Whatever the reason, please let us know by completing this form.
Does South Florida PBS exchange my mailing address?
To expand our membership base and increase support for our programs, we periodically make our mailing list available to other educational, cultural, social service, and like organizations in the communities we serve. If you would prefer that your name and address be excluded from these exchanges, please call Member & Viewer Services at (305) 424-4220 during business hours (Mon -Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), or let us know through the contact form.
Is my contribution tax deductible?
Yes! Contributions to South Florida PBS are tax deductible to the full extent of the law, deducting the fair market value of any thank you gifts received.
What is a Sustaining Gift?
Sustaining gifts are ongoing monthly contributions that come directly from your checking account or credit card until you tell us otherwise. It’s the best way to give, and you'll appreciate how easy and convenient it is to keep your support current; you never have to think about it again. The level you choose is entirely up to you, and you can change the amount at any time.

How can I change or stop my monthly giving?
If a Thank You Gift has not been requested, you can change or stop your sustaining gift at any time. If a Thank You Gift has been requested, please contact Member and Viewer Services at (305) 424-4220 during business hours (Mon -Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to do so. We ask for 30 days’ notice before changing your monthly giving. Other restrictions may apply.
